My New Journey

Well, I have started a new weight-loss journey this week. And this time, I intend to stick with it.

I'm tired of seeing pics of myself huge. I'm sick of not being able to fit in cute clothes anymore. I'm sick of eating a bag of chips in one sitting, then feeling guilty about it. I'm tired of weighing more than most GUYS my age. I'm tired of not being in control.

Now I'm taking control. And this time next year, there will be less of me to love.

I can do it...I KNOW I can.

I have a picture of me my senior year in high school. It was taken in Branson, Missouri. I was sitting on a bench and cheesing it up. I weighed about 125 pounds in that pic.

I will look at that photo every time I need some inspiration.
